The action of the herbs used in Pavitram is focused on drawing toxins and excess vata, pitta, and kapha out of the tissues and into the digestive tract so that they can be eliminated. Thus restoring the balance of the doshas and overall health. So from time to time, we need to get rid of these toxins from our body. An internal cleanse is necessary from time to time.
Ingredients:- Mulethi, Sariva, Brahmi, Neem, Ambehalad, Kumari
How to Consume:-
- Take 1/2 teaspoon (3 gm) “Pavitram” Ayurvedic tea.
- Add it to 150 ml of water.
- Boil the water.
- Switch off the flame when the water reduces to 2/3rds.
- Sieve and consume it like green tea.
