Use
Consumers are requested to use the products as directed on the website/packaging. Spand
would not be liable for any adverse events resulting from misuse of products.
Shipping
- All domestic products are shipped within 2 working days. Orders will be delivered within 4-
8 working days after being shipped. For locations which are further out in the smaller cities
the time taken for delivery will be longer.

Returns & Exchanges
The order can be returned only if:-
- If the shipment received has been physically damaged in transit and the customers have
retained its original packaging with pictures.
- If part of the order or items are missing from the packaging.
Refund
- All products once purchased are non-refundable
- Refunds will only be entertained if the delivered product is not as per the orders placed.
- Shipping charges would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are nonrefundable charges.
- Spand is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery of the product. Returns &
Exchanges are subject to inspection by Spand.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to be transferred to the source of original
payment.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. After the product/s have been shipped,
we would not accept cancellation requests.
